Armpit lump
20 yr male... I'm a 2nd year medico...from mp... Found a 1.5 cm fully mobile non Painful lump under left armpit... My weight is 85...height 5,11...with a history of gynecomastia... Plzz help. Note... Size of lump is nighther increasing knor decreasing... And it's some day become painful n other day non painful... No lump on chest area or near nipple

You have to check whether this is superficial lesion or a lymph node. Whether there is recent history of injury / wound etc in that area

Any history of cough( with or without expectoration)?.. fever? Punctum? Discharge/ redness? Pinchable? Examination can tell you the clinical diagnosis... whether it’s a lymph node/ sebasceous cyst/ lipoma Consult a surgeon

Hi.. As per your symptoms it appears to be a neuro lipoma.. Dont panic much.. Its a typical issue with we medicos.. We tend to think worse.. Keep an eye on it.. Report to your favourite surgeon if it increases..
