ARM malformation for my 3 months baby gi
I have 3 months old baby girl. we have identified that she is having anorectal malformation. Her Anu is placed very next to vagina (congenital defect).when is passes stools as anus is present closer to vagina ,stools enters into vagina causing infection for which baby cries regularly. As we can't afford for her surgery Right now please suggest how to take care of her. And advice me to how long we can delay for surgery (three stages procedure) At what age one stage operation can be preformed

Local hygiene should be maintained very well. Surgery can be performed anytime soon. The delay will obviously predispose to urogenital tract infections.
