  4. Arm and hand pain. Sitting down also.

Arm and hand pain
About an hour ago sudden arm and hand pain started in my left arm. I’m a healthy and active teenager, but I had a lot of salt today. A few hours ago my heart was beating fast when I was sitting down also.

Hello don't worry just relax this could be due to severe Gastritis please take Tab pantoprazole 40mg daily half an hour before food for 15 it will subside Regards Dr Haleema
