Area near my private part pains alot
The area of my private part which consists the balls pains alot sometimes My penis doesn't pain but the balls part pains alot and also slightly upper area towards the stomach from my private part also pains at the same time. I don't know why this happens but this happen sometimes and it pains like hell,i can't even walk properly when pain occurs because the area of balls got in contact with my legs. Sometimes i thought it may be because of gas issues because it happens when i am hungry till afternoon or more and also i have constipation issues every 2 days or 3 days. So i went to a local medical shop and they  gave me Pantop D tab. and said to eat it for 3 days in empty stomach and for 3 days i have not felt that pain But after somedays the pain started When it pains it stays for almost half a day and i am on my bed resting all that time. This pains occurs almost 5-8 times in one month.

Hello sir, There are a lot of possibilities for your complaints.  Starting from varicocele, hernia colitis  or a renal calculus.  Pantoprazole will not help you. Kindly get complete investigations done along with scrotal Doppler, usg abdomen etc.. Mostly it sounds like a varicocele
Next Steps
Kindly consult a doctor ASAP
Health Tips
avoid lifting weights, and consult a doctor immediately if you develop pain or constipation

Hi welcome to Practo. I've read your complaints carefully. It may be due to constipation or gaseous distention. But there is possibility of calculus in urinary system. Once you should go for USG abdomen to rule out urinary calculus. Your treatment plan would be according to your USG report. Thank you.
