Are these hair or clogged pores?
I am a 28 year old female. This is my cheek near my nose. I thought the black things were hair but even though I tried to remove them, they won't go away. What are they? Are they clogged pores? What can I do? I also have acnes.

Yes clogged pores Needs topical retinoids (prescription only) Can apply sebonac gel twice a day till then

Clogged pores...it can be improved..Undergo fraxel laser resurfacing therapy.. otherwise few creams also available...for detailed prescription do direct online consultation
