My son's eyes appear a little reddish at times. I am attaching pictures herewith. Are these normal? Or should I consult a doctor. Other than that no other problem.

Cool compresses / ice packs
Keep icecube in a clean cloth put it over closed eyelid for 5-6 seconds then release do it for 5 to 10 minutes , 3 to 4 times a day.
Avoid Allergens
Frequent clothes washing and bathing/showering before bedtime.
maintain strict hygiene practices. Thoroughly washing hands,
avoiding touching the eyes
refraining from sharing personal items like towels or eye makeup
Cold compression ice pack massage 5 times in a day
Avoid use over the counter drops from medical store
Use sanitizer for hand sanitisation
Complete the course of medicine as advised by your eye doctor.
