Hello,
I have a 3 months old son, he's starting to get the teeth so is it safe to give him a mouth teether? Will there be any infections due to this for the baby? If not what is an alternative for this?

Avoid using teether as it increases the risk of infection in babies.
U can gently massage gums with ur fingers after washing properly with soap & water.
