Are menstrual cups safe?
I'm a teenage girl aged 17. Recently I've been hearing a lot about menstrual cups and their advantages. I use sanitary pads and they end up leaking every night. I get a lot of cramps during those days. I wanted to know if menstrual cups are safe for me to use at this age and do they have any side effects?

You can use Menstrual cup of small size if you are Virgin.
It can be difficult initially so be familiar with anatomy.
You should be cautious as it may rupture the hymen or cause pain till u get used to it.
