Are bleaching creams safe ?
I use bleaching cream called oxy every month..
When i use it really gives me a fair look for 2 days but then its normal ...now after using a lot of bleach my skin is getting darker .. i have to use bleach to improve it and it leads me to permanent darker skin ...
So my question is if bleach cream is safe ? Does it really help ?
And as my skin is getting darker due to bleach , what can i do to avoid it or improve it ..plz suggest any cream or tab ..thnx
