I am 59 years of age and I have type 2 diabeties, for which I am prescribed Metformin. My family has a history of arthritis and I have been suffering with some joint pains. It has been suggested to me to take apple cider vinegar to assist with joint movement, but there is an advisory note to check with your GP before starting as it may affect the diabetic medication. My own GP cannot see me until mid Jan, could you assist please.
