Can problem of appendix treated by antiobiotic or not.plz suggest me .lot of pain taking monocef inj.amikacin and pan iv is it sufficient.

You can't give a Universal answer for this. Some patients, admitted in the hospital with Appendicitis will respond beautifully to antibiotics. Others are taken straight away for emergency surgery. So unless we see a patient we can't say how the patient is going to behave. Once the diagnosis of appendicitis is entertained it is better to consult with a General Surgeon.
