APLA syndrome
I found out today that I am pregnant. It's my 32 day of cycle. I had already 2 misscarriages before my embroy was not going so had to abort in 2 months. Doctor advised me for APLA and Torch. My Anticardiolipin igg is slightly higher ie 12. But my Antibeta/2 GP1 IGM is highly positive around 90. My lupus anticoagulant is ansent. My Torch igg are highly positive I am on ecosprin 75 for the last 5 months and continuing. Kindly help what should be my next line of treat. Should I start my heparin injection with ecosprin from now or wait for 6 weeks. And anything on TORCh??
