Any problems occurs by holding urine

Asked for Male, 21 Years

At around 12'o clock in night i was felt of getting toilet[which comes from penis] but i sudden i went in to sleep then its around 4'o clock i wake up and went to wash room By holiding urine for 4 hours in sleep Do i get any problems ?
