Any problem occurs holding urine ?

At around 1'o clock in the night, i was felt of getting toilet(which comes from penis) but suddenly i went into sleep and its around 5'o clock i wake up & went to the washroom by holding urine for 4-5 hours in sleep do i get any problems ?
