I am suffering from Tinnitus symptoms since last 4 months, already tried Tab Otocap, Tab Goonj Forte, Tab Lecope ,Tab Cefakind 250 but it's help me to reduce 50% of sound only.

Sir can you tell me are u having tinnitus in one ear only or both ear and what is the nature of sound like, buzzing, hissing, ringing etc and whether it is pulsatile or continuous.
