Anxious Nervousness
Hi, i am a working professional since 16 years now. I recently had a promotion in my job which i wasnt ready for. Since these 2 months now, i feel anxious and nervous. In my post office hours, i keep on thinking about office issues and certainly not enjoying the new role. Sometimes i am not able to sleep well and get irritated at slightest of things.
