I have sometimes mild chest pain took ECG and echo normal...from 1 week iam randomly feeling some weird moving sensation in my left head..I also have some digestion problem...i become anxious during the movement in my head is this anxiety??

As information is not complete but it is my hunch you have anxiety. In anxiety such symptoms appear and we over focus on our sensations and continue monitor them ,which in turn maintain our anxiety. In anxiety we think we would not able to deal with situation. If you want to get rid of anxiety, change your attitudes.
