Anxiety related hypertension
Iam suffering from anxiety related hypertension since 3 yrs, iam also uses bp tab. Iam take bp readings by automated bp monitor at home. During first reading iam very anxious and excited it shows high, after first reading i feel very free it take second reading it shows normal, same as third and fourth reading. Which reading accurate?
First or next readings .Pls suggest.
Ex 1 reading 145/87
2 reading 127/71
3 reading 124/71

Always repeat 2 to 3 readings when it is high initially ...the lowest reading in the last is the correct one...
