Anxiety problems.
I have high bp and anxiety problems. For bp taking metoprolol succinate 25mg morning once and sone times feeling dizziness so taking betahistine 24mg night once. for anxiety taking escitalopram 10mg and clonazepam 0.5 mg night once. Now my anxiety some better still feeling anxious sometimes. Some one suggested take divya medha vati tablet morning once, it will help for anxiety. Can I take one in morning because I am taking escitalopram and clonazepam at night.

Ya you can take it .
Take 2 tablet of Medha vati .it is good if you take it at night.

Vertigo could be due to many reasons ,one of them is stress ,over thinking and poor or improper sleep .your anxiolytic drugs can cause dizziness and even hypertension can cause dizziness.

Regular BP check, diet with minimum salt and non spicy at regular intervals of 3-4 hours. avoid alcoholic drink.

Take walk in evening/morning, make friends to enjoy happy moments . But don't forget this option is grossly advice without detail medical study, even though it should help you.
