Anxiety problem
I am student of class 12 . I was covid positive 5 months before . After 2 months my sgpt and sgot increases and then it gradually decreases an physician told me it was due to post covid . Then I faced Parosmia till now I am suffering from it . Since 1 month I am facing problem like abnormal movements of muscle a neurologist told me it was due to anxiety even now I too facing it and can hear my pulse at many places and can feel my heart sound when I am sleeping ... I am preparing for neet and this all lead me to depression ..pls suggest me what to do ...😭😭😭😭
