I am paraplegic person. met with an accident 4 years ago. having c5 c6 c7 cervical injury and right femure fracture.. suffering from anxiety and panic disorder since 2008.

Hello, Anxiety symptoms are usually free floating i.e., it comes and go anytime. Symptoms include worries about future misfortunes, feeling "on edge", difficulty in concentrating, restless, headaches, feeling dizzy, inability to relax, sweating, fearful, increased heart beat, gastric discomfort, dry mouth etc. Few or all of these can be present. In panic disorder you feel as if everything is going to end. Secondary to anxiety symptoms you may develop depression, panic attacks, phobia etc. It can be taken care off with the help of medications and psychotherapy.

You need to consult neurologist for paraplegia and to a psychiatrist for anxiety and panic disorder. Complete  history and evaluation required for proper treatment which include counseling part along with medication.
