Hello doctor
I came to know about my depression in January n since then i was on medication till mid August, initially i thought after my medication started that i'll be normal the way i was earlier bt by the march i started feeling same depressed feelings. I told my doctor that I feel same as before he only changed quantities of medicines n except my improved energy levels nothing improved . Medications course is finished last month bt i m not okay still i feel zero interest in anything, zero concentration, over sleepy, over eating, over thinking, can't focus, zero motivation, i feel everything is waste, i feel crying, i feel empty, i don't enjoy anything in this world . Now i don't know what should i do? I have visited a psychiatrist now should I visit a psychotherapist? Bt after going through the treatment the treatment for 8 months i feel nothing can happen now i cant be treated. Please help me if you can. This thing is eating me from inside.

Yes psychotherapy and counselling can help you correct the cognitive distortions, ruminating habit, negative thoughts and address any suppressed emotions. Depression is a lot about feelings of hopelessness, helplessness and worthlessness and its your depression that is making you believe that nothing will work.
Next Steps
Do see a counselling psychologist or Psychotherapist.
Health Tips
Set up a daily routine which you can follow easily. Exercise like yoga and pranayma can be useful for you. Try to socialise with people who can empathise and support you emotionally. Don't isolate yourself.
