It's been 2mnths I recovered from covid and post covid also am suffered from anxiety issues such as high BP fast heartrate and nasal congestion,but am recovering constantly but what my issue is whenever I came through covid topic or anxiety related scenarios my heartbeat going abnormal thus causing nasal congestion and it's taking 10-15min time to normalize the situation,plz suggest me at that time what I have to do as my heartbeat really going fast n high and am getting anxiety,plz help me

You can try mastering a Breathing Technique like Deep Breathing, Alternate Nostril Breathing, etc. It can help you keep a check on your anxiety/panic response and will also keep a check on your heart rate.
