I have a training program going on will last more 10 days im the trainer. I started with 30mg inderal which worked wonders felt like magic and my hands did not shake I felt good. But after 4 days the effect decreased I was ahaking again so increased to 40 mg but still having tremors. Inderal has stopped working. What dose should I take or is there some more effective medicine. Please help me.
