I am a scientific researcher my work involves setting up experiments daily and becoz of social anxiety I have tremors uncontrollable hand shaking. I took 30mg inderal for a week daily the first 3 days my hands did not shake it was magic now after a week I'm taking 40mg of inderal as 30 mg stopped working my tremors returned. What dosage should I take now that even 40mg is not working. I have more 10 days experiments demonstration i cannot afford to shake. Or is there any alternate medicine. Please help me
