Palpitations and anxiety specifically after protein-rich meals is an interesting pattern. Possible causes: postprandial hypotension (blood pressure drop after eating), histamine intolerance (eggs, chicken can trigger histamine release causing palpitations/anxiety), or vagal stimulation from a large meal. It's worth investigating.
Next Steps
Keep a food diary to track which specific proteins trigger it. Get a basic ECG and blood pressure check done. Try smaller protein portions to see if it reduces symptoms. Consult me on Practo for a detailed evaluation — histamine intolerance may be the cause.
