I experience recurrent episodes of:
- Sudden anxiety or uneasiness
- Rapid breathing
- Heart palpitations (racing or pounding heartbeat)
- Lightheadedness with a feeling that I may faint (near-syncope)
Pattern:
These episodes consistently occur after eating a heavy meal or consuming protein-rich foods such as eggs or chicken or protein shake. Once an episode starts, the symptoms persist continuously for approximately 4–5 days before gradually resolving on their own. After recovery, I feel completely normal until the next episode is triggered.
I would like to determine the underlying cause of these recurrent episodes.

These symptoms could be due to sympathetic system overactivation.
However the reason for the same needs to be evaluated.
These could be gut related issues such as dumping syndrome or neuroendocrine tumors.
Or could be neurological/psychological
Will need a stepwise evaluation for the same
