Anxiety, feeling of warm air over heart
1)feel uncomfortable in sleeping at any time 2) seen bad dreams while sleeping 3) l was suffering from fever and psoraisis in month of April and may 4) Not developed fever for last 25 days but feeling weak all the time 5) hand and body shiver and heart beats when phone vibrates or some vehicle passes ( all this happens when l go to sleep) 6 )l developed a feeling that my heart is weak 7) heart starts beating fast when l see bad dreams 8) l have slept in particular posture for 3 months as back lying on bed and head tilted forward with help of pillow 9) feel good when l am awake and not lying on bed 10 ) All this develops when I am alone sleeping in day or night 11) l have a problem of constipation also 12) feeling anxiety and heart beat starts when I have done my corona test which comes negative ...so plz suggest help ...l am walking and doing yoga and breathing excercise...sometimes also felt breathing low air and got tired while running but could walk upto 4 km in one go.

Your symptoms are unlikely to have cardiac etiology. Please continue with your yoga and exercise , that will help. In case you didn't get relief in symptoms, can consult the physician.
