Anxiety disorder
Iam suffering from hiv+ and diabetic type2 from 3 and half yr
My last cd4 count 450 and Diabetics is 190 after breakfast... and my sgpt and sgot is little high..
Bt my main problem is anxiety.. feeling like dizziness, shortness in breathing , feel like now iam goin to die.. chest is heavy like its heart attack, gas stomach ache, dry mouth etc... and dis is happening from 3 years every day.. bt nothing happen to me.. and i know iam thinking to much.. bt i cant control it i tried a lot... some tyms not bearable... please help me out

Tab Ciplar LA 40mg Once daily.
Tab Zapiz 0.5mg at night and Sos.
