I hv been diagnosed having anxiety disorder post covid(april2021).home treatment. Due to which iam suffering from gerd and breathing difficulty. Sleep was affected right from covid days but now iam getting jerk like sensation in head or somitimes chest or sometimes in hand legs etc just when iam getting sleep. Sleep is getting affected. Wanted to know which treatment will be reqd. Sometimes can feel pulse in head when resting. Occasional head ache like throbbing of nerve is felt in head part above left ear.
