I am suffering from anxiety disorder since June 2020. It started due to hectic work from home schedule and adding to it lost my father in law due to COVID.Since then suffering from negative thoughts, fear, palpitation, dizziness, headache and sometimes my body becomes hot out of fear.I consulted cardiologist and he prescribed me BP and anxiety medicine to which I was fine but then it was found that I am pregnant.Now I am two months pregnant and medicines are all stopped.
So what should I do? Can homeopathy treat this problem permanently? Please help.
