Anxiety blood pressure
Using metxl 50 and olmezest 40. My diastolic pressure around 70 to 80 maximum my systolic pressure fluctuate predominant ly around 140 or less.It has become habbit for me checking the bp everyday this I develop anxiety. pulse comes around 70 to 85 predominant ly around 70.I have a homeo doctor in house who asks me to taper the medicine and use homeo. I have 3 qust. 1. Is blood pressure is ok level or not. Is systolic is more important or diastolic. 2. Can I use homeo. 3. Can taper above

Hi Your blood pressure and pulse rate seems to be in normal range but do not check bp frequently just maintain healthy lifestyle Take walk or regular exercise Healthy food Above all relax mentally Checking bp will only enhance anxiety nothing else.

Your diastolic is normal but systolic towards least increase so you may continue the allopathy medicine , you should a test lipid profile and control your life stile, food habit, you should avoid fatty, oily, fried, spicy, junk food, night watching.There are not possible to select homoeopathy medicine without constitutional queries.
