Anxiety and unknown problem

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have my exams soon and due to that i am facing a lot of anxiety ,to such an extent that my legs and hands starts getting cold and starts shivering which lead to lack of concentration. Heart starts beating at a faster rate leading to long breaths. Tried everything to distract myself but now its more than a week but i am unable to recover.
