Anxiety and restlessness

I gave neet 2021 this year and couldn't clear it, since sept I am experiencing this sudden overwhelming feeling, my heart beat races so fast, headache and slight heaviness. I feel very full in my chest.I cannot concentrate well, if I try sleeping my heart beats so fast that I feel more restless. I was better in October but I have experienced this thrice in November.
