Hello, I'm a final year student, pursuing my bachelor's degree in interior designing. I have been wanting to talk to someone cause lately I've been feeling very anxious and tired for sometime now. I feel like it's because of a burnout but I do have other issues that maybe causing the anxiety. I'm not sure what to do and I have no clarity. My mind is all fogged up and I zone out at times. I'm unable to make eye contact for the simplest of conversation. I expect disappointment in everything. I believe it's affecting my sleep a lot and I sometimes have to cry myself to sleep. I don't feel confident enough, my self esteem is just gone below the lowest level and I get insecure to even talk. I find it difficult to sit in one place, I have to move around, I fidget a lot.
