In my case my major problem is calmness...I just lost the sense of calmness even I do meditation bt not able calm .
After that I m nt able to focus on any thing as I m nt calm
If I try to focus my heartbeat increase n I feel like shortness of breath and it so irritating not able to do any work.
It seems like all the stress is piled up in my brain n when I take a deep breath it's not goin down how hard I try.
N due to ths problem my eyes are also feel tired.

Sometimes trying too hard to achieve something makes it even more difficult.
