Anxiety and insomnia
My mom was was diagnosed with general anxiety disorder a year back. Looking for ayurvedic treatment for it. Would ashwagandha tablets help? She was treated for the same with mirtazapine. After 4 months she was able to come out of it. But during the period she had severe leg pain. It has started recurring .
