Anxiety and heart palpitations
My ferritin is 22.4 after the abortion. Does abortion deplete iron levels or iron stores from the body to a very large extent? Also, ive been taking iron supplements. Could that cause heart palpitations?

Depends on how much you bleed during abortion and what was your hemoglobin levels pre and post abortion. Anaemia can cause palpitations, not iron tablets
