Extreme sleep due to anxiety. restlessness and great urge to avoid any tension causing thought by sleeping. I sleep for almost the entire day to escape from unwanted thoughts. Can't focus on any type of work. And also hate socialising with people.

Why do you have socializing with people? Since when has this been happening? When you say anxiety, what exactly do you experience? Is your weight constant? Do you have any thyroid problem or any other medical issues? Are you about to concentrate in work or other things throughout the day?
