Anxiety and depression
I have a tingling sensation in my body and my thoughts go out of control. The biggest problem is I can't concentrate on my academics. I feel inadequate and insecure all the time & feel like I'm having a nervous breakdown most of the time.

Proper diagnosis is needed by a psychologist as depression and anxiety go hand in hand. As insomnia is more of anxiety related disorder and feeling low is depression. See a therapist that works on all three beliefs of negative view about self others and future. The hopelessness needs to be targeted first
