Anxiety and body pain
I have a history of Anxiety disorder like panic attcks , feeling depressed,angry , emotional and angry I consulted a psychiatrist they prescribed some antidepressant and Benzodiazepines last year taken 6 months then withdrawal because symptoms disappeared then agan 2021april symy again appeared so visited same psychiatrist same medicine taken 6 months then now stoped now but again the symptoms are raising so antidepressant now working on me my uncle suggest bach flower remedies for this condition can I consult this for trial?
