Nothing to worry about this.. one tamil proverb philosophically says....sleep is similar to death and awakening again is rebirth.. So.. first stop worrying about this... then feel free and comfortable about your life and do your day today work with full involvement. Incase your not able to accept in this way?..struggling!..then consult a psychologist.
