  4. Anus problem. Because im so ashamed!

I had an unhealthy sex life so i can't poop normaly, it doesn't come out until i force myself and sometimes some small pieces remain inside which is embarrassing. a month ago i started to feel pain in the right bottom side of my belly. i know after 10 years or less i will develop a cancer if this continues. please help me what should i do, i couldn't visit a doctor because im so ashamed
