Anus problem
Hii doctor in two days i m facing some very tightness in my outside anus. And some pimple in between butt chick. Countinsly sweating and some very bad smell. Actually normally i cant fresh daily. I need to take Ayurvedic medicine for get to fresh plz suggest what can i do?
