I have anus pain ever since I have diarrhea, for about 2 days..I don't wanna stop diarrhea because ,I had constipation issues before.diarrhea is far better than constipation.anal opening spreads more when I had constipation,its worse than diarrhea.how to manage pain.my diarrhea will cure automatically.

I think ur suffering from fissure in ano', and in this condition neither constipation nor diarrhea both will worsen ur condition, so write all details with history ,to have proper line of treatment, Don't use any medicine without consultant's advices
