I am having burning sensation in stomach,pain on left side of chest,sometimes nausea,endoscopy shows erosive antral gastritis..What medication is required and what foods are to be avoided..Kindly reply...

Avoid fatty and spicy food. Take bland diet. Do a stool test for H . Pylori . Medications to be prescribed after consultation.
