I am having a problem of antral gastrtis and at the same time have high visceral fat . My BMI is absolutely fine . Major issue is lack of appetite . I need a complete ayurvedic medicine and dietary guidelines from a doctor tackle the issue . Are arishtams , kadhas and asav are contraindicated for gastrtis ?
