Antral gastritis, Hiatal Hernia
I have antral gastritis with Vitamin B12 deficiency, feels always nauseating because of which i cant eat anything, i feel hungry but not able to eat. What should i do?

Antral Gastritis could be because of helicobacter infection. You may need a repeat endoscopy and biopsy for H Pylori or rapid urease test. If it is positive then you will require 2 weeks of antibiotics therapy for eradication
