Anti tpo antibody test
I have anti tpo antibody test done for which clinical report is 12.9 IU/mL and TSH value is 1.32microUI/ml. Please advice any abnormality

TSH is normal and anti body positive that means u have autoimmune thyroid disorder. This doesn’t change the medicines or current treatment. Or if not on treatment doesn’t need any treatment but need monitoring regularly since anti body positive u have chances of developing hypothyrodisum later.
