Anti Glare Specs
I heard from someone that there is nothing like anti-glare specs and all. This is all marketing techniques. Is that true? Are all specs available to prevent eye damage due to continious use of computer fake?

Hello For computer use Antiglare glasses are recommended It  reduces strain on eyes
